Product Description

Product on a plastic pallet is loaded onto an in feed conveyor with a fork truck. As the load is being conveyed down the line, an empty CHEP/shipping pallet is dispensed from the automatic magazine. Then the load automatically advances into system. A hydraulically operated push plate extends, transferring product to a stripper plate. Plate retracts, placing product on the CHEP pallet. /shipping pallet. The plastic pallet is then automatically indexed into stacker and stored in a magazine. The transferred product now on the CHEP pallet is then discharged to conveyor for unloading with a fork truck.
