Application: Flipping Plastic Sheets

A load Inverter is used to turn or flip plastic sheets as part of the manaufacturing process when making fuel cells or gas tanks eliminating an operation previously done by hand. 

Application: Rotating Door Blanks.

When using laser cut steel blanks, the blank Inverter allows the operator to make right and left doors from the same part. A simple turn and the right side door becomes the left side door. Instead of manufacturing more parts, it is easier and more cost effective to use the same blank.  

Application: Load Squaring

When working with un-squared or miss-aligned product, the Pallet Inverter uses the clamping plate to shift material to wall at 90°. Once load is squared correctly, it is ready to be punched or formed.
