ISPM15 regulations prevent shipping ordinary wood pallets to many European and Pan Pacific countries. Approved Heat treated and one trip plastic pallets require direct palletization when product is produced. Pallet inverters turn product onto new export pallet prior to shipping.

Application: Bulk Bags/Sling Bag

When bulk bags are used for transferring product, the Pallet Inverter is used to turn the bag up side down. Turning over the bag eliminates the use of pallets since the package is placed securely in the bag. A forklift is then used to move bag directly onto a rail car or vessel. 

Application: Super Sacks

Pallet Inverter is used for super sacks to release the air from packaging. The clamping plate comes down to compresses air and flatten load. This method allows doubling and tripling stacks of the super sacks.  

Application: 180° Gaylord Dumper

In place of a standard dumper (takes more space), Corrugated Gaylord is loaded onto a Pallet Inverter and is flipped over and dumped into a vac-u-max chamber with suction. This technique permits contents to be discharged and chemicals kept.
