Push or pull load transfer methods can cause damage to tray packs or overwraps while broken pallets, exposed nails and splinters can result in product reclaim or workplace hazards. Load Inverters change out bad pallets and provide damage free product transfer.
Application: Chep Rental Pallet
Industry standards require syrup to be distributed onto chep pallets when going to restaurants. Cost is minimized by renting pallets instead of constantly using and disposing. Contaminating or ruining product is also prevented by using the proper pallet.
Application: IGPS (Plastic Rental Pallet)
The IGPS is used when transferring loads to machines. The tray-pack or over-pack (used for pop/soda, juices and water) is loaded onto the pallet inverter. Tray-packs are turned on side to prevent damage of pack and to identify leaks or problems with packages.
Application: Broken Bag Damage Recovery
Invert product to recover torn bags or leaking boxes as part of an effective GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes). Once the product is flipped over, the torn or damaged bag is replaced and product can be safely moved to the designated area.
