Application: Prevent Product Contamination

Boxes and bags should be inverted to in-house hygienic pallet to eliminate splinters or nails (anything on wood pallets) from reaching the ingredients and contaminating the final product. 

Application: Product Inversion - Bacteria Prevention

Pallet Inverters can be used to flip over hot filled 5 gallon pails to prevent buildup of harmful bacteria. Simple inversion of the product prevents the warm air from condensing on the lid, forming water droplets which can lead to harmful bacteria. 

Application: Broken Bag Recovery

Invert product to recover torn bags or leaking boxes as part of an effective GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes). Once the product is flipped over, the torn or damaged bag is replaced and product can be safely moved to the designated area without leaving a trail.
